Service was good and friendly. I had a loaner car ready when I arrived. The explanation of my alignment repair was a little confusing though. After some back and forth explanations, I was informed as to why repairs were needed. Also, I had purchased rims and tires a year ago from Good News Auto and I needed a tire rotation, but this was an additional $40 charge to me. Most other tire vendors offer free rotation for customers that purchase from them. Something for Good News Auto to consider.
